What this service is
Murfreesboro Foundation Repairs is a free referral service. We connect homeowners with independent, licensed local foundation contractors. We are not a contractor, we do not inspect or repair homes, and we do not guarantee any contractor's work. Contractors we refer may pay us a fee for each referral. Always check a contractor's license and get a written contract before work starts.
No advice
The information on this site is general. It is not engineering, legal or financial advice. Soil and housing figures describe typical conditions, not your property. Cost figures are national ranges from published guides, not quotes.
Contractors are independent
Any contractor we refer is an independent business, not our employee or agent. Their inspection, estimate, contract, work and warranty are between you and them. We do not guarantee that a contractor will be available, will take your job, or will do the work to any standard.
Check before you hire
Before you sign, check the contractor's license at verify.tn.gov, ask for proof of insurance and get a written contract. In Tennessee, a contractor cannot require a down payment of more than one third of the contract price for home improvement work.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from a contractor's work or from relying on information on this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

Get a licensed contractor out to look
Fill this in and we will pass it to one independent, licensed contractor who covers your town. They will call to set up a free visit. You do not have to hire them.
Tennessee requires a home improvement license for residential jobs from $3,000 to $24,999 in Rutherford County, and a contractor license for jobs of $25,000 or more anywhere in the state. Ask any contractor for their license number and check it at verify.tn.gov.
