What we collect
When you use our form, we collect your name, phone number, email if you give it, ZIP code, the service you need, whether you own the home, and the page you sent it from. When you call, we collect your phone number and what you tell us, and calls may be recorded.
How we use it
We use your information to connect you with one independent foundation contractor who covers your area, and to follow up on that request. We share it with that contractor so they can contact you. We may share it with one other contractor if the first cannot take the job.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like pages viewed and general location. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on.
Texts and calls
If you agree on our form, we or the contractor we refer may call or text you about your request, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information to data brokers or share it with more than the contractors described above.
How long we keep it
We keep referral records for as long as we need them to run the service and meet legal obligations, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact page.
Children
This site is for adult homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
Free inspection request
Get a licensed contractor out to look
Fill this in and we will pass it to one independent, licensed contractor who covers your town. They will call to set up a free visit. You do not have to hire them.
Tennessee requires a home improvement license for residential jobs from $3,000 to $24,999 in Rutherford County, and a contractor license for jobs of $25,000 or more anywhere in the state. Ask any contractor for their license number and check it at verify.tn.gov.
